Written by PMP   Dodano: poniedziałek, 28 maja 2012
Owinięty bogatą w kolory afrykańską szatą, z nieodłączną laską w ręku i dreadami majestatycznie owiniętymi wokół głowy Anthony B jest ucieleśnieniem duchowej strony muzyki reggae.

BUSY SIGNAL cancelled, vote for a replacement

Written by PMP   Dodano: sobota, 26 maja 2012
On 21st May one of the top Jamaican artists, announced for his first Polish performance at Ostróda Reggae Festival on 12th August - BUSY SIGNAL was arrested in Jamaica.
Serious reasons of his arrest due to an extradition warrant from the U.S put us and other European promoters on his planned summer tour into the opinion that his show became unrealistic. Due to that, in spite of the fact that obviously not everything is known at the moment and he is not found guilty, we also decided to cancel his show. We did it with regret and we keep our full respect to his artistic achievements.
We got an option to replace him with one of two other top Jamaican artists. This time we want YOU to decide and make the choice between JAH CURE and ANTHONY B. Please vote in our query on Facebook – you can vote till 4 pm, Sunday 27th May.

DACTAH CHANDO's Spanish flow

Written by PMP   Dodano: poniedziałek, 21 maja 2012
It is not too often when you can hear Spanish language from Ostróda’s stages. Time to make a change with Dactah Chando from Tenerife, considered one of the best Spanish reggae and dancehall singers. Surrounded by great German musicians and producers known from Seeed, Frank Dellé, The Police in Dub, he released his excellent debut "Clara" last year. With no doubt we will all jump to his sound on 9th August in Ostróda.
